About
The Isles of No Kin are a brutal chain of pirate-held islands where law is measured in steel, debt, and blood. Slavery is common, captives are traded openly, and weakness is treated as an invitation. Yet beneath the savagery lies a terrifying discipline: their captains know currents, ambush points, false flags, and naval traps better than most royal admirals. Any sailor working the Myrric Sea knows it is not a question of if they will meet these pirates, but when. Their fleets are fast, coordinated, and merciless, making them one of the most formidable naval powers in Elaros. Still, for criminals, exiles, debtors, deserters, and the unwanted, the Isles can offer something rare: refuge, a new name, and one last chance at life.

Landmarks
Black Harbor
Capital of the Isles
Elven Bones, Pirate Flesh
Ancient elven naval fortress turned pirate capital and seat of the Kraken. A city of iron order built atop chaos, ruled by a silent legend whose fleets reshaped piracy into empire.
Wavecrash
Cold, misty, violent
Northwest of Blackharbor
Wavecrash is built where cliffs collide with sea — towering stone faces battered endlessly by grey water. Storms arrive without warning, explode against the rocks, and vanish just as fast.
The town never truly sleeps. The surf is too loud. The wind too restless.
Dreadwake
Half-dead even in Summer
Northernmost Island
Dreadwake feels less like a town and more like a wound carved into the ice.
The sky hangs low and colorless. Snow falls sideways more often than down. The sea freezes in jagged plates along the shore, breaking ships as often as storms do. Silence rules here — broken only by the moan of wind through rigging and the distant howl of something that still remembers how to hunt.
