Uncanny and Unchallenged
I have never seen a people so unashamed of their strength. The Gullmires do not posture — they simply are. Their halls are carved into mountains, their tables sag beneath roasted beast and river fish, and their laughter shakes
the rafters like distant thunder

DANE GULLMIRE
Dáne Gullmire is the embodiment of Tavarran might and spirit. Towering at 6'8" and weighing a
formidable 450 lbs, he commands any room he enters with his booming, deep voice that carries
both joy and authority. Known as The Feast King, Dáne’s passion for grand celebrations is
legendary, with feasts held regularly in his halls that welcome both nobles and commoners alike.
His collection of gold chains and his famed ruby medallion—surrounded by emeralds and
considered one of the most valuable treasures in the realm—symbolize his status and the wealth
of Tavarra.
Though jovial and welcoming to those who share in his hospitality, Dáne is a fearsome force
when crossed. His fighting style is brutal yet disciplined, a reflection of his monastic training as
well as the raw power that comes from his size. His fists, lovingly named The Thunder and The
Gale, are known to break both bones and spirits in equal measure. Despite his warrior's spirit,
Dáne's true loyalty lies with his people, and his devotion to Tavarra’s prosperity is unmatched.
Dáne harbors a deep resentment for the political scheming of Westara, finding their games
insufferable and self-serving. Were it not for the looming threat of the Gold Dragon, he would
have long since led Tavarra to secede from the kingdom. His attachment to Tunde, the great ape
guardian of Tavarra, is well known; the beast is both his protector and symbol of Tavarran pride.
Together, they represent the unyielding strength and wild spirit of Tavarra, a land that thrives
under Dáne’s larger-than-life leadership.

TUPAIA GULLMIRE
Tupaia Gullmire is the tactical and diplomatic brain behind Tavarra’s maritime success. As
Admiral of Tavarra, he oversees the planning and execution of all major trade routes, ensuring
the region’s wealth flows steadily across the seas. Fluent in multiple languages—Common,
Elvish, Orc, Gnomish, and Draconic—his ability to negotiate and navigate complex international
waters is unmatched. His expertise rivals even the most seasoned captains of the Virelan and
Royal navies.
Physically, Tupaia is an imposing figure at 6'6" and 300 lbs, always dressed in fine silks and
embroidered garments that reflect his status. He is rarely seen without a book in hand, usually
filled with maps or trade agreements. His knowledge of sea routes, weather patterns, and naval
strategy is encyclopedic, and his presence at negotiation tables is often enough to tip the scales in
Tavarra’s favor.
Tupaia is known to be fiercely loyal to his brother Dáne and the Tavarran people, prioritizing
their prosperity above all else. While Dáne embodies the spirit of the land, Tupaia is the
lifeblood of its waters—calculated, efficient, and unyielding in his mission to make Tavarra the
envy of Westara's coasts.

TUI GULLMIRE
Tui Gullmire is the heart and soul of Tavarra's agricultural might. Towering at 6'7" and weighing
in at 460 lbs, he is a mountain of a man with a presence as grand as the fields he oversees.
Though his frame is broad and powerful, it is his laughter and joy that make him unforgettable.
Tui is the master of Tavarra's harvests, personally overseeing the planting, maintenance, and
gathering of crops and livestock with an almost spiritual devotion. He is often found among the
common folk, chatting and sharing stories rather than attending noble meetings—his connection
to the land and its people is his true calling.
Though his role is essential to Tavarra's prosperity, Tui carries out his duties with an air of joy
and contentment, embodying the spirit of abundance and community. He is known to personally
deliver the wine for Tunde’s birthday feast, the one day a year when the great ape guardian is
allowed to drink in celebration. His jovial nature and love for feasting make him a favorite at
Dáne’s legendary banquets, where his laughter can be heard above the roar of celebration.
Tui is not just a farmer; he is a steward of nature, using his druidic abilities to ensure that
Tavarra's soil remains fertile and its herds remain strong. His staff, The Harvestkeeper, is said to
bring life to the fields it touches, ensuring bountiful yields and healthy livestock. To the people
of Tavarra, Tui is not just a noble—he is a friend, a protector, and the symbol of Tavarran plenty

ATAAHUA GULLMIRE
Ataahua Gullmire is the iron backbone of Tavarra's military might. A stark contrast to his
feasting and jovial brothers, Ataahua is a figure of pure discipline and strategic brilliance.
Standing at 6'4", his frame is powerful and hardened by years of combat training and warfare. As
the General of Tavarra, Ataahua personally oversees the training of the elite guardsmen, the
mighty Tavarran War Elephants, and the fearsome Gorilla forces—units trained for brutal
ground combat and forest warfare.
In a culture defined by feasting and festivity, Ataahua is the unyielding blade of discipline. He is
a no-nonsense commander who accepts nothing less than perfection from his soldiers. His
warhammer, Ironbreaker, is a symbol of his strength and his iron-fisted rule over Tavarra’s
military forces. While his brothers indulge in the pleasures of Tavarran life, Ataahua stands
vigilant, ensuring that their way of life is protected against any and all threats.
Though often seen as cold and unyielding, those who serve under him understand his true nature:
a man dedicated entirely to the preservation of Tavarra’s sovereignty and the safety of its people.
To cross him is to cross a living embodiment of Tavarran strength. To fight beside him is to
witness a master of warfare at work.

AROHA GULLMIRE
Aroha Gullmire is the voice of Tavarra in the heart of Westara. While his brothers rule the lands
and seas, Aroha carries the spirit of his people into the political courts of the High Nobles
Council in Westara City. Tall and imposing like the rest of his kin, Aroha is a well-dressed and
articulate speaker, always adorned in the finest silks embroidered with Tavarran symbols. His
presence in the Council is a reminder of Tavarra's might and independence, a fact that often puts
him at odds with the more manipulative nobles of the Westaran court.
Despite his intimidating stature, Aroha is known for his sharp wit and silver tongue, capable of
turning a negotiation with little more than a well-placed phrase. His ceremonial dagger, aptly
named The Silver Tongue, is more a symbol of his role than a weapon he wields. His loyalty to
his brothers and Tavarra is absolute, and many in the Council have learned not to underestimate
his influence, even if he prefers words over warfare.
Aroha sees his role not just as a representative but as a shield, protecting Tavarra's interests from
the encroaching grip of Westara's politics. He walks the delicate line between cooperation and
defiance, ensuring that Tavarra's needs are never overshadowed by the kingdom's ambitions.
While Dáne is the muscle and Tupaia the mind, Aroha is the voice of Tavarra's pride and
independence.

NIKAU GULLMIRE
Nikau Gullmire is the wild spirit of Tavarra's indulgent nature, known far and wide as The Barrel
King. Standing at 6'5" and weighing a massive 500 lbs, Nikau is a man whose appetite for food
and drink knows no bounds. While Tavarrans are known for their love of feasting, Nikau takes
this to an entirely different level. He is often found passed out in fields, barns, or even atop hay
bales with livestock, his tattered braids splayed around him like a crown of chaos. Shirtless more
often than not, Nikau has become both a spectacle and a staple of Tavarran culture.
His reputation is divisive—some see him as a true embodiment of Tavarran spirit, living life with
reckless abandon, while others find his antics a stain on the Gullmire name. His belt, barely
keeping his trousers in place, has been known to slip off during rowdier celebrations, adding to
the absurdity of his already larger-than-life persona. Despite the embarrassment he sometimes
brings, his family loves him dearly, finding his drunken escapades oddly endearing in their own
way.
Nikau’s presence at feasts is both expected and legendary. He is the first to drink, the last to fall,
and often the only one who needs to be dragged back home by morning. His brothers tolerate his
antics with a begrudging affection, knowing that despite his flaws, he is still a Gullmire. Nikau
may not be a leader or a planner, but he is undoubtedly a part of Tavarra's unique spirit—a living
reminder that sometimes, indulgence is its own form of freedom

MOANA GULLMIRE
Moana Gullmire is the radiant heart of the Gullmire family, known throughout Tavarra for her
stunning beauty and captivating presence. Though much younger than Dáne, she holds a place of
deep affection within the family, so much so that Dáne officially allowed her to adopt the
Gullmire name—a rare honor in Tavarran culture. Her singing voice is legendary in the region,
and her dancing often enlivens feasts and gatherings with joy and light-heartedness. Her presence
at council meetings is always marked by her bringing food for all, whether requested or not, and
she has a habit of lifting spirits with playful jests, often at the expense of Dáne’s brothers.
Moana’s warmth and charm extend beyond mere appearances; she is seen as a unifying force
within the Gullmire family, able to diffuse tensions with a joke and elevate even the dullest of
meetings with her infectious energy. Her love for Tavarra is evident in everything she does, and
she is as comfortable serving the people as she is dancing in the halls of power. Her loyalty to
Dáne and the Gullmire family is unquestionable, and she is often seen as the spirit of Tavarran
hospitality.
Though she holds no official political power, Moana’s influence is undeniable. Her presence
alone is enough to soften the rough edges of Tavarran politics, making her an essential, if
unofficial, diplomat in her own right. Her laughter, her voice, and her kindness have endeared
her to the people of Tavarra, cementing her place within the Gullmire legacy

ANAHRA GULLMIRE
Anahra Gullmire is the ambitious son of Dáne, towering even above his father at 6'9" and
weighing in at a lean 290 lbs. His frame is powerful, his stride confident, and his gaze ever
forward. While he shares his father's love for Tavarra and its people, Anahra is marked by a
fierce desire to make his mark—often to his own detriment. His ambition sometimes outpaces
his experience, and his eagerness to act without thorough understanding has led to more than one
mishap. Though well-meaning, his father often advises him to slow down and learn the paths
before charging forward, but Anahra’s spirit is restless.
Despite his occasional missteps, Anahra is seen by many as a promising leader for the future. His
passion for Tavarra is undeniable, and his enthusiasm, though raw, is inspiring. He trains
rigorously, studies the tales of great leaders, and seeks to prove himself worthy of the Gullmire
name. His father’s patience is both a blessing and a challenge, as Anahra sometimes feels the
need to step out of his shadow, forging his own legacy.
Anahra’s journey is one of growth and tempered ambition. Should he learn to channel his energy
with wisdom and restraint, many believe he could become a leader to rival even his father. For
now, he remains the Young Bull of Tavarra, charging headfirst into life with boundless energy
and a heart full of promise.

MAIA GULLMIRE
Maia Gullmire is the whimsical spirit of the Gullmire family, known for her playful antics and
light-hearted pranks. At just 20 years old, she is still discovering her place in the world but seems
quite content with her current role as the household trickster. Maia's love for animals is well
known, and she even keeps a pet goat named after her favorite book, The Tale of Goat Man and
Metal Man. Whether it’s hiding her uncles' boots or filling their goblets with watered-down
wine, Maia finds endless joy in playful mischief.
Though her father Dáne has tried to instill some sense of political awareness in her, Maia
remains blissfully uninterested. To her, life is about fun, family, and the joy of laughter. While
many might see her as lacking direction, those who know her understand that Maia's heart is pure
and her spirit is unbreakable. Her presence is a constant reminder of the joy and spontaneity that
life in Tavarra brings.
Despite her aloof nature toward politics, Maia's charm and spirit make her beloved by the
common folk and nobility alike. She may never sit on a council or command a fleet, but her
laughter and pranks are a staple of Gullmire life, and her pet goat is just as much a part of the
family as any noble. In Tavarra, Maia is proof that not all power is found in titles—sometimes
it’s found in laughter and lightness.

PUDGE GULLMIRE
Pudge Gullmire is the youngest of the Gullmire family, a rotund ball of mischief and endless
appetite. At just 8 years old, he weighs nearly 200 lbs—a feat even by Tavarran standards. His
love for sweets and pastries is legendary, and while his family tries to curb his indulgence, Pudge
is relentless. Known to sneak into the kitchens and threaten the cooks with being fed to Tunde if
they snitch on him, Pudge’s antics are both hilarious and alarming. His plump figure waddles
through the halls of Tavarra, always with a sticky hand or a half-eaten pastry in tow.
Despite his gluttonous tendencies, Pudge is well-loved by his family. His laughter is infectious,
and his wide grin is a common sight at feasts, usually with crumbs decorating his cheeks. His
uncles find him endlessly amusing, while his father, Dáne, sees shades of his own feasting spirit
in the young boy. Many in Tavarra joke that Pudge may very well eat his way to becoming the
largest Gullmire yet.
Though Tavarran culture celebrates feasting, even they have their limits, and Pudge is starting to
test them. His family has made efforts to limit his intake, but Pudge is nothing if not resourceful.
For now, he remains the pudgy little terror of Tavarra, causing chaos in the kitchens and laughter
in the halls..

Great Powers

There can only be one.
The TUNDE is a singular colossus of unknown origin — a mountain-born titan bound to Tavarra since the age of Gilgamesh Gullmire and likely long before. Legend tells that the first Gullmire king offered it a spirit so fierce it could fell a warrior in a breath. The beast drank — and laughed. From that night, Tavarra and the TUNDE were bound.
It devours herds worth of meat. It empties cellars. It costs a kingdom to sustain. Worth it.
When dragons descend, it alone can deter them — beating its chest beneath the burning sky.
And when a TUNDE finally falls, its body does not rot. From within its own corpse, an egg is found — vast, stone-shelled, and warm to the touch. In time, it breaks.
There is - almost - never more than one.
And there is always another.
